\nBybit x Tomorrowland Cashback Promotion Term and Conditions
\n\nThese Bybit x Tomorrowland Cashback Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Bybit x Tomorrowland cashback promotion (“Campaign”). By participating, each user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

\nOrganizer
\nThis Campaign is jointly organized and administered by TL Internationa BV (“TLI”), Weareone. World BV (“WW”), Magnashow Eventos Ltda (“MEL”, together with TLI and WW, “TML”), and Bybit Technology Limited (“Bybit”, together with TML, the “Organizers”).
\n
\nCampaign
\nThe Campaign will run from 1 September 2025 to 12 October 2025 (the “Campaign Period”). The Campaign relates solely to the provision of cashback by Bybit and shall not be construed as the organization of, or assumption of responsibility for, the Tomorrowland Brasil festival. Bybit reserves the right to amend, shorten, extend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.
\n
\nDefinitions
\n“Business Day” means a day other than Saturday, Sunday, or any other day on which banking institutions in the United Arab Emirates are permitted or required by any applicable law or executive order to close;
\n\n“Bybit Card” means the card issued under the Bybit branding;
\n \n“BRL” means Brazilian Real, the lawful currency of Brazil.
\n \n“Eligible User” means anyone who makes a valid top-up to the Tomorrowland Brasil bracelet using the Bybit Card during the Campaign Period;
\n \n“DreamVille” means the official festival camping ground of Tomorrowland Brasil welcoming festival visitors for a three (3) calendar day experience;
\n \n“F&B” means all food and beverage transactions made within the festival organised by TML (excluding any spend at the DreamVille marketplace and on other services);
\n \n“Love Tomorrow Summit” refers to independent initiative that is not owned nor organised by TML, which is a meeting around sustainability held at the Tomorrowland Brasil venue offering activities, including but not limited to, inspiring talks, workshops, a sustainable fashion expo and a job fair;
\n \n“Pearls” means the official festival currency used in Tomorrowland Brasil, with no distinction of origin;
\n \n“Tomorrowland Brasil” means the festival taking place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on 10 October 2025 to 12 October 2025 inclusive, including DreamVille but excluding the Love Tomorrow Summit; and
\n \n“USD” or “US$” means United States Dollars, the lawful currency of the United States of America.
\n
\nCampaign Mechanics
\n \nEligible Users shall receive up to twenty percent (20%) cashback on eligible F&B transactions made using Pearls that are topped up using the Bybit Card, subject to these Terms.
\nThe maximum cashback per user is fifty United States Dollars (US$50). All eligible F&B spend shall be denominated in BRL. Cashback shall be calculated on the BRL amount reported by TML and converted into the Eligible User’s card currency at the prevailing FX rate applied by Bybit at the time of credit. The maximum cashback of fifty United States Dollars (US$50) per card shall be enforced in USD-equivalent terms, with conversion into non-USD currencies based on the same prevailing foreign exchange rate. Bybit shall not be liable for foreign exchange fluctuations or conversion differences.
\nCashback calculation and funds shall be determined and supplied by TML. Bybit shall calculate and credit the cashback in its sole discretion, based on data and funds provided by TML. Bybit shall not be liable for any loss, delay, shortfall or failure arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or missing data from TML, or from any failure by TML to provide or fund the cashback.Cashback will only be credited to users to the extent that sufficient funds have been received in advance from TML. Bybit shall have no obligation to advance or front any cashback amounts.
\nCashback will be credited to the Eligible User’s Bybit account.
\n
\nEligibility Conditions
\nOnly F&B transactions paid using Pearls that were topped up via the Bybit Card before or during Tomorrowland Brasil shall be eligible for cashback. Cashback shall not apply to any other category of spend, even if paid with the Bybit Card.
\nThe following transactions shall not qualify as eligible spend:
\ntop-ups made with payment methods other than the Bybit Card;
\nnon-F&B purchases (e.g. fashion merchandise);
\nany DreamVille marketplace spending;
\nservice fees of any kind; or
\nticket purchases.
\nTML shall be solely responsible for the operation of the festival, including but not limited to F&B acceptance, payment terminals, Pearl issuance and redemption, and all related services. Bybit disclaims any liability arising from the acts, errors, or omissions of TML, its affiliates, or contractors.
\n
\nCashback Credit
\nCashback will only be credited to the Eligible User’s Bybit account linked to their registered e-mail.\nCashback has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn as fiat, and cannot be applied to fees or ticket purchases.\nCashback cannot be assigned, transferred, or exchanged for any other value.
\nBybit is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or outdated user information that prevents cashback crediting.
\nCashback shall be credited by 15 November 2025, subject to (i) TML’s timely provision of accurate transaction data, (ii) TML’s prior funding of the required cashback amounts, and (iii) successful completion of Bybit’s internal screening and verification procedures.
\nCashback crediting may be delayed due to technical, regulatory, operational, or funding reasons, including without limitation any failure or delay by TML to provide accurate data or sufficient funds. Bybit shall not be liable for any delay, shortfall, or failure to credit cashback, which shall be borne solely by TML.
\nAll inquiries, disputes, or complaints from users regarding cashback execution shall be handled by Bybit’s support channels. For the avoidance of doubt, TML shall remain solely responsible for the accuracy of data and provision of cashback funds, and Bybit’s role is limited to crediting cashback on the basis of such data and funds. Any complaints or issues relating to the festival, including Pearl usage, F&B acceptance, or non-F&B transactions, shall be directed exclusively to TML.
\n
\nReversal or Cancellation
\nBybit reserves the right at its sole discretion, to withhold, reverse, suspend, or cancel cashback, in whole or in part, without prior notice, if:
\nsystem errors or data discrepancies occur;
\nfraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected;
\ntransactions do not meet eligibility criteria; or
\nthere is a violation by the user of these Terms
\nThe determination of eligibility and validity of transactions rests solely and absolutely with Bybit, whose decision shall be final.
\n
\nFraud and Irregularities
\nBybit may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user’s access to the Campaign or Bybit services if fraud, abuse, bad faith, system manipulation, provision of incorrect data, or violation of these Terms is suspected. Any irregularly granted cashback may be blocked or reversed without prior notice. Bybit’s rights under this clause are without prejudice to any other remedies available under law or contract.
\n
\nLimitations of Liability
\nTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Bybit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, opportunities, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with this Campaign, except in cases of Bybit’s proven willful misconduct.
\nBybit shall not be responsible for any failure or interruption of this Campaign caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation force majeure, network failures, regulatory changes, government actions, or acts of third parties.
\nWithout prejudice to the foregoing, TML shall bear sole liability for any failure to provide accurate data or sufficient funds for cashback. Bybit’s sole obligation is to execute cashback credits on the basis of such data and funds as provided by TML.
\n
\nData and Privacy
\n \nTML provides only technical data related to F&B consumption.
\nBy participating, users consent to the processing of their personal data (including name, e-mail, Bybit account details) by Bybit. Bybit shall take reasonable measures to protect such data but shall not be liable for unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss beyond its reasonable control. Bybit shall comply with the laws applicable to the issuer of the relevant Bybit Card.

\nAmendments
\nBybit reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments shall take immediate effect once published, and continued participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

No Waiver
\n \nThe failure or delay by Bybit in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver thereof. Any single or partial exercise of such right shall not preclude further exercise of that or any other right.
\n\n
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
\n \nThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing laws applicable to the issuer of the Bybit Card.
